These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to senorwebs.com and your use of website design, hosting, maintenance and related services ("Services") provided by SenorWebs. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

SenorWebs provides custom website design, managed hosting, domain registration assistance, SEO setup, content updates, integrations and optional add-ons as described on our site and in your plan.
Specific deliverables depend on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) and any add-ons you purchase. We will confirm scope during onboarding.
We may update features, tools or third-party integrations over time to improve the Services, provided core functionality is not materially reduced without notice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep your account credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business on whose behalf you subscribe.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are charged in advance on each billing cycle.
Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Changes apply on your next renewal after notice.
Add-ons and one-time projects are billed as quoted at the time of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of updates, support or hosting until the account is current.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Upon cancellation, you remain responsible for fees accrued before the effective date. We will provide reasonable assistance to transfer your domain and site files if you request it.

Your content and domain

You retain ownership of content, trademarks and materials you provide. You grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Services.
Domains registered for your business are registered in your name where possible. You own your domain subject to registrar terms.
You represent that you have the rights to all content you supply and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

Acceptable use

You may not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or harmful activity; to distribute malware; or to send spam.
You may not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' sites.
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms or to protect our infrastructure and other customers.

Intellectual property

SenorWebs retains ownership of our platform, templates, internal tools, branding and pre-existing materials.
Custom design work created for your site is licensed to you for use on your business website while your subscription is active, unless a different ownership arrangement is agreed in writing.
Upon full payment and unless restricted by third-party licenses, we may provide export of your site content and assets upon request.

Third-party services

Your site may include third-party tools (payment processors, booking apps, analytics, email marketing, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policies of third-party providers.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume or revenue results from your website.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEB24SEVEN AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SenorWebs from claims arising from your content, your business website, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless we agree to an alternative process in writing.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
